Acceptance

By using Petvol, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Petvol organizes owner-entered pet care information into timelines and reports for communication with licensed veterinarians. It does not provide diagnosis, medication recommendations, or medical advice.

Veterinary disclaimer

Always contact a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns or emergencies. Petvol does not replace veterinary care and must not be used to delay emergency treatment.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may use Petvol only for lawful personal pet care record-keeping. Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, access another user's data, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to circumvent product limits or security controls.

Billing and pricing

Petvol offers Free Preview and fixed-term paid access plans. Current prices (USD) are shown on our pricing page and at checkout:

• Free Preview — $0, limited report preview with no PDF export or share link.
• Weekly Vet-ready Access: 7 days — $3.99. One-time payment. No automatic renewal.
• Monthly Shared Care Access: 30 days — $9.99. One-time payment. No automatic renewal.
• Annual Shared Care Access: 365 days — $59.99. One-time payment. No automatic renewal.

Petvol offers Free Preview and fixed-term paid access plans. Each paid purchase is a one-time payment for a defined access period: Weekly Vet-ready Access (7 days), Monthly Shared Care Access (30 days), and Annual Shared Care Access (365 days). Paid access does not renew automatically. Petvol will not automatically charge the customer again after the purchase. When the access period ends, paid features become unavailable unless the customer manually purchases another access period. Because there are no automatic future charges, no subscription cancellation is required. Customers may continue using paid features until the displayed expiry date. Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Refund policy

No cancellation is required because paid access does not renew automatically. Purchases are generally non-refundable once a paid feature has been used, including generating a full report, exporting a PDF, creating a share link, or using paid Shared Care collaboration.

• Non-refundable after use: Once your paid access is active and you use any paid feature (such as a full vet-ready report, PDF export, share link, or paid Shared Care collaboration), fees for the current access period are generally non-refundable.
• Manual renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once a new access period has started.
• No cancellation required: Because there are no automatic future charges, no subscription cancellation is required. Access simply ends on the expiry date unless you renew.
• Free Preview: No payment is required for the free tier; no refund applies.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered where required by law or for confirmed billing errors such as duplicate charges.

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email support@petvol.com with your account email, order date, and a brief description. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 15 business days. The actual processing time depends on your payment provider.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Petvol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petvol and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Term and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or applicable law. Consequences may include:

• Immediate suspension of access to paid features or your entire account.
• Permanent account termination without a refund for fees already paid if the violation is serious or repeated.
• Reporting to law enforcement or payment partners where required or appropriate.

You may stop using the service at any time. Prepaid access continues until the stated expiry date. Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund. Upon account termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing terms) will remain in effect.
