AI processing

Selected care records may be processed by third-party AI providers to organize and translate vet-ready reports. Petvol does not use AI to diagnose your pet or identify diseases or causes from photos.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information and pet care records.

• Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with data centers in the United States and other regions as required for service delivery.
• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• Database-level row security policies ensure users can only access their own account data and pet records.
